Polly lives on Garfield Street, and both her children went to Hawthorn Primary (one is now at Bishop). She’s a single mum who has worked in a care home, at The Green Patch, at a SEND school and most recently, has created a CIC (Community Interest Company) to use board games in education. She’s very active in the community too.

  • Organises the annual Headlands Street Sale (watch out for news on the date for this year’s soon)
  • Organises the Christmas Advent Window trail
  • Regularly volunteers at St Michael’s Church, including the annual Plant Sale and the Kettering Repair Cafe
  • Organised the family fun days as part of the Save Weekley Hall Wood campaign
  • Volunteers at Kettering Arts Centre , litter picks and most recently at the Great Kettering Spring Clean!

She really works hard for the area and is a very lovely person too 💚
