Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The draw is open only to current members of the Green Party residing in Northamptonshire.
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Anyone ineligible that subscribes with have their subscriptions considered to be donations to the Northants Green Party.

2. Entry:

  • Members can enter the draw multiple times when they sign up by selecting the number of tickets they wish to subscribe to each month.
  • All entries must be received by the last day of each month to be included in that month’s draw.

3. Draw Details:

  • The draw will take place on the first working day of each month.
  • One winner will be randomly selected to receive 50% of the total fund collected from subscriptions for the previous month.
  • The remaining 50% of the fund will be used to support Green Party activities in Northamptonshire.

4. Prize:

  • The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
  • The prize will be paid via bank transfer within 14 days of the draw.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 28 days, a new winner will be drawn.

5. Subscriptions:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Use of Funds:

  • 50% of the total monthly subscription fund will be allocated to the prize.
  • The remaining 50% will be used to support Green Party activities in Northamptonshire.

7. Data Protection:

  • Personal data provided during the subscription process will be used solely for the administration of the draw and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Winners’ names may be published on our website and social media channels.

8. General:

  • The Northants Green Party reserves the right to cancel or amend the draw and these terms and conditions without notice.
  • The decision of the Northants Green Party in all matters related to the draw is final and binding.

9. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
